Positive:

  • The clinic was brilliant such an impressive service. The consultant introduced himself and communicated very effectively.
  • I raised an initial concern via email, which I have found to be an invaluable and excellent way to contact the surgery.

  • An x-ray appointment was confused and I had to come back later

  • The practice website is not intuitive and poorly designed. It is difficult to navigate through and not efficiently signposted.
